Vendor Hall Hours & Setup

Move-in & setup: September 1st or 2nd
All booths ready by 10:00 AM on September 2nd
Sept 2nd–5th: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sept 6th: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Indoor booths: 1 table & 2 chairs included
Vendors provide own tablecloths & electrical cords

$50 to reserve
  • Inside or outside location
  • $25 deposit returned at end
  • Provide 1 item ($20+ value) for basket draw

Food Truck

$100 /week
  • No power or water: $100
  • Power & water hookup: $150 (limited spaces)
  • Please provide your vehicle measurements
  • Full week (Sept 2–6)

Valid business license or vendor permit
Liability insurance ($2M minimum)
Food vendors: Health inspection certificate
Electrical equipment must be CSA approved
Setup completed before opening each day
Must remain open during all exhibition hours

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the vendor hall hours?

Vendor Hall Hours: September 2nd–5th: 10:00 AM–9:00 PM. September 6th: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM. Vendors must be open during all posted hours.

When can I set up my booth?

Vendors can move in and set up on September 1st or 2nd. All booths must be ready for business by 10:00 AM on September 2nd.

Is electrical power available?

Power outlets are available - indicate your requirement on the application. Food trucks with power & water hookup are $150/week (limited spaces). Standard booths requiring a power outlet should note this on their application.

Can I sell food without a food truck?

Pre-packaged foods and baked goods may be sold from craft booths with proper labeling. All other food sales require a food vendor space and health inspection certificate.

What happens if it rains?

Outdoor vendors should have their own tent/canopy. CCEx operates rain or shine. Indoor craft vendors are protected from weather.
