For the safety and comfort of our livestock, only service animals are permitted on the exhibition grounds during CCEx. We appreciate your understanding – our farm animals can become stressed around unfamiliar pets, which affects their health and show performance. There are designated dog-friendly areas during specific events like the Pet Parade on Saturday.

Yes! Accessible parking is available near the main entrance and is clearly marked. Our exhibition grounds are mostly accessible on paved and gravel paths. Some areas near the livestock barns and back pastures may have uneven terrain. Golf cart transportation is available for those who need assistance getting around – just ask at the main gate. Accessible washroom facilities are located near the main entrance and industrial building.

Livestock entry forms are available on our Forms page starting in June each year. Deadlines are typically 2-3 weeks before CCEx. You'll need to provide proof of vaccination records and health certificates where required. For specific questions about cattle, horses, sheep, goats, or poultry entries, contact our livestock director at cumberlandexhibition@gmail.com. 4-H members should coordinate through their club leaders.

Absolutely! Our food court features a variety of favourites including fresh-cut fries, burgers, hot dogs, BBQ, pizza, cotton candy, candy apples, and ice cream. Local vendors offer homemade baked goods, Maritime seafood, and specialty items. Vegetarian options are available. No outside food is permitted, but bottled water is allowed. ATM machines are located near the main entrance.

Vendors: Visit our Vendors page for booth rental information and application forms. Space is limited and fills quickly!

Sponsors: The CCEx offers various sponsorship levels from event naming rights to banner advertising. Contact cumberlandexhibition@gmail.com or visit our Sponsors page to learn about partnership opportunities and benefits.

CCEx runs rain or shine! Most livestock shows and arena events are covered. The Industrial Building, Exhibition Hall, and food areas provide shelter. We recommend bringing rain gear and wearing comfortable, waterproof footwear. Some outdoor events may be postponed or relocated in severe weather – announcements are made over the PA system and on our social media. No refunds for weather, but the CCEx atmosphere is just as wonderful in the rain!
